Disclosure requirements

Disclosure requirements according to Part Eight of Regulation (EU) no 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012.

With regard to Article 6 Paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 4 Paragraph (13) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, Union Investment Financial Services S.A. refers to the consolidated Risk Report of DZ BANK Group and the Remuneration Policy of the respective year (please see Reports - DZ BANK AG) as well as the respective annual report of Union Asset Management Holding AG (please see Geschäftsbericht | Union Investment) .
